Fees are based on your gross family income and the number of dependents you support on that income. This is termed a “sliding fee scale”. The range for the sliding fee scale is $65 to $125 per hour. Most clients will fall within the $75 to $110 fee brackets. All clients are charged in accordance with the sliding fee scale for their initial visit and/or until their insurance coverage for our services can be verified. Insurance plans will be billed at “reasonable and customary rates” which are typically $125 per hour. You are responsible for paying the amount not covered by your plan, or what is commonly termed the “co-pay”. Please remember that your deductible must be met before our services can be reimbursed by your insurance plan. Until your deductible is met, your fee is based on the sliding fee scale determined in the first counseling session. If you do not have insurance, the sliding scale will be in effect for every appointment.
